If you had asked me in March when I thought the directory would be ready, I would never in a million years have guessed October.  It has been almost ready to send to the printers since June.  I do not want to stand up at the annual meeting (Nov 13th) and have to explain why it is not ready, so now is the time for the final push.  One of the last things to decide is how many copies to print.  Printing enough for the entire neighborhood will cost around $800.  To save SEA some money, we are offering you the option of getting an electronic version instead of hard copy.  This will be the same PDF file that I send to the printer.  You can keep it on your computer or print off your own copy (it is 35 pages).

If you are willing to get just an electronic version, reply to this email with something like "Electronic only is OK with me".  Please make sure that your reply includes the "Database ordinal" from the top of this message so I can match things up.
