Hello Springdale Estates Neighbors-

Christmastime has arrived once more. This time of year, many fortunate families receive gifts of new furniture, electronics and household items, but many families just count themselves lucky to have a roof over their heads.
My cousin, Jessie Hughes, is a coordinator for transitional housing for a charity named "Housing for New Hope" based in Durham. This charity helps homeless individuals get a place to stay and get back on their feet. Jessie tells me these people need help getting furniture and basic household items.
This holiday, if you are able to make a donation of furniture, clothing, household items or old TVs or radios, please contact me, Noah King, or my mother, Lisa King to arrange a drop-off or pick-up time.
