Dear Springdale Neighbors,
 
We need volunteers to fill the role of Block Captain in many areas of Springdale
The duties are minimal: hand out hard copies of directory once every two years,
communicate with neighbors who do not have access to email hence do not receive regular
communications concerning the neighborhood, and to report any issues pertaining to
their block to the board. I also ask that each area (represented by numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5)
choose an Area Director to head the respective blocks for that area. These directors will be
asked to join the regular Board meetings as well as the Mid Year and Annual meetings.

Below is a list of blocks that need representation as well as the addresses associated with
each.  If you are interested in becoming a block captain, please respond to this email with
the appropriate block number (i.e. 1A, 3C...). In some cases, previous block captains have
agreed to stay on and are listed next to their block. Thank you for your support of our
neighborhood efforts to improve communication between residents.
