Today I was made aware of an unfortunate incident involving a resident who was bitten by a neighborhood dog.  Suffice to say all people (and creatures) involved had a bad day.

Whether they are beloved family pets or strays, animals and the risks they pose are a potential reality any one can encounter while out and about enjoying their daily activities.
