Greetings neighbor

Throughout 2013, the Springdale Estates Association was able to support fun social events and maintain our fence, lake, and other common areas.  It's all possible because of the annual homeowner dues.  Prompt payment will allow us to get busy with all the events and maintenance activities that keep Springdale a great place to live!  Feel free to review the 2013 budget on our web site (www.SpringdaleEstates.org/3.html).  If you have questions about dues or the budget, contact Peter Anderson at treas@springdaleestates.org

Dues this year are the same as 2013: $125.00

Important dates:
March 10 - we send stuff to Kinkos to print invoices for snail mail.
March 15 - letters get sent out in the mail.
April 15 - dues are due.

If you have not replied to the earlier email, please reply to this one.
If we do not hear from you by March 9, we will be printing you an invoice.
