Our daughter and son-in-law, Anne and Les Hall live in Springdale Estates.  My husband, Paul, and I are looking for a smaller home in your subdivision to be close to the grandkids.  They lived with us for 2 years while building their house and we do miss being close to them.  

There seems to be a few original homeowners to Springdale Estates who are reaching the age where it is difficult to maintain their beautiful homes and stay there.  We are interested in buying one of those homes.  That way you don't have to go through the whole fix-up process of selling a home and worry about a real estate agent and fees.  Our timing is flexible--we need to sell our house first, but are looking at needing something in about 6-12 months.
In the last 4 years we have renovated 6 homes, so hard work does not scare us, if perchance, the house needs a little work and TLC.  We are looking for about 2000 to 2500 square feet of house.
