Hello,
My name is Colette Pappas. I am twelve years old and I go to Hilburn Academy. My little brother goes to a local children's hospital and is being treated for a rare disease that causes tumors/lesions in his legs and spine. Whenever the kids are having a hard day of treatments at the hospital or are in a lot of pain, they get to pick out a toy out of a large treasure chest. It helps make the pain a little less.  This Saturday, ( May 31, 2014) I am having a yard sale to raise money to buy more toys for the treasure chest. My little brother is going to sell cold flavored waters.  
 
We did a yard sale two years ago for the same cause and raised $900.   We are hoping to get close to that number again. 
 
I was wondering if you could forward this email to the Springdale neighborhood to let people know about our yard sale and that they can stop by on Saturday to buy things! My address is 9000 O'Neal Rd.
