We have not received your dues payment for 2014.

If you think you have already paid, don't panic, don't stop payment on your check, don't call out the National Guard.  Simply reply to this email and we will investigate.

Throughout 2013, the Springdale Estates Association was able to support fun social events and maintain our fence, lake, and other common areas.  It's all possible because of the annual homeowner dues.  Prompt payment will allow us to get busy with all the events and maintenance activities that keep Springdale a great place to live!
