It has taken nine months, but I have finally gotten around to working on the directory.

There are three groups of people:
Group 1 - you have given the OK to your directory entry.
Group 2 - you have responded with updates for your directory entry.
Group 3 - you have not responded.

You are in group 2.  Thank you for your updates.  I have updated your information.
The attached file has your new directory listing information.
Please review the attached file and respond with something like "%ord% OK".
%ord% is the database number for your house.  If you include this number, I can quickly update your status.
If you do not, I have to figure it out from your address or your name.
If you have additional changes, edit the file and return to me or tell me what to change.
We will repeat this cycle until you are satisfied with your listing.

If you have any troubles opening the attached RTF file, let me know.  I can convert it to PDF and resend it.
