The attached file is something I wrote as a Springdale neighbor for the upcoming HOA meeting such that we could discuss and decide if we would like to be notified by our neighborhood email about when animal control cites a dog or any animal in our neighborhood for aggression.  This is not something that is meant to be judgmental of anyone but informative for all of us so that we can more easily keep our pets and children safer.  It comes from several of us who have had dogs attacked in Springdale, and we would feel better if we were informed of any other incidents, so that we can be knowledgeable and then more cautious in certain areas of the neighborhood.   The section on Rabies comes from recently dealing professionally with an incident, and I thought it would help if everyone was reminded of the law's details.
