    There is a new page on the website (www.springdaleestates.org/10.html) that describes the purpose of the Architectural Committee and lists some things that do and do not require approval.


Compost bin recovered from the Lake
    A large plastic compost bin was pulled out of the lake recently.  If you have lost a bin, let us know.


Dues Notices
    We will be sending out email dues notices soon.  We will ask that you respond to that email so that we do not need to snail mail you a notice.  This will save us about a dollar per resident.


Directory Update
    It is now 2015 and the 2014 Directory has not been published.  We have collected and validated over 225 listings.  But, that means that there are still over 125 to go.  We will be including your directory listing with your dues notice.  If your listing is acceptable, you do not need to do anything.  If you want to make changes, please respond quickly so that 2015 does not drag on to 2016.  I would like to go to press in March.
