Please Note:  While all Springdale Estates residents are welcome to attend SEA meetings, the privilege of participating in business decisions,  described as making motions and voting, is limited to paid in full Springdale Estates Association members (one vote per household as per by-laws).  Dues must be paid in full one week prior to the annual meeting in order to exercise that privilege at the annual meeting.
