I also want to put in a plug for a 5k on January 10, 2016.
Run For Young.
This run honors Sadiki Young, a Wakefield High School student who died in an alcohol related accident 10 years ago.
He wasn't drinking but accepted a ride from a friend who was. Sadiki died and the driver went to jail!
Every year we run to honor Sadiki - student, musician, track and soccer star! And active member of his church. 
The proceeds go to Wake Co high schools to help educate about the perils of drinking and driving also accepting rides, proper driving decisions in general.
I would love to see my neighbors at this family friendly run/walk. Register under Leesville to help the funds go to our neighborhood high!!
