Re:  Important notice to all Springdale Estates residents

Greetings All,

The Springdale Estates Association (SEA) will be holding a special meeting on March 8, 2016 at 7:00 PM at Tabernacle Baptist Church.  During this meeting there will be the election for the Board of Directors, which was not held at the November annual meeting.

The by-laws of the association require a Board of Directors to include a representative from each of the 5 areas of Springdale Estates.  The SEA currently does not have any elected Board of Directors members.  There is only an elected Executive Board, which consists of a President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary. At the upcoming meeting in March, there will be an election which will be open to all members of the SEA.  Being a member means that you have paid 2015 or 2016 dues by March 1, 2016.  

All members may vote at the meeting or by proxy.  Each member household has one vote for each district.  Nominations are allowed from the floor at the meeting.  

Please contact our Treasurer treas@springdaleestates.org to pay your dues.  
Proxy materials will be distributed to members for all nominations received by March 1, 2016.
 
To nominate yourself or others as a candidate, please submit the nomination to info@springdaleestates.org. 
If you would like your nomination to be on the proxy ballot, please submit your nomination by March 1, 2016.
