What we know
Starting with email #390 (sent April 1, 2015), emails to accounts at nc.rr.com have been returned with the message: "delivery retry timeout exceeded". This happens about four days after the email was sent. ISPs like Time Warner are in a constant battle to control spam. We appear to be collateral damage in that fight. They do not publish their anti-spam procedures, so it is very difficult to figure out what is happening.What you can do
- You can give us a different email address. Send email to info@springdaleestates.org
- You can contact Time Warner and complain that you are not getting emails from info@springdaleestates.org
- You can check messages on the website here
- You can sit tight and hope that things start working again
- You can check back here periodically for updated information
Update 4/15/2015
There are 71 email addresses going to nc.rr.com. Only 54 bounces were received from #390, so some email appears to be making it through. If you have a nc.rr.com address and have gotten #390, #391, #392, or #393, please let us know at info@springdaleestates.orgI am sending emails to the impacted folks using my personal email account to let them know what is going on.
